Harold Cronkhite Dies In Hospital- Harold Cronkhite of Greencastle, formerly of Wallace and Alamo, died Friday morning in Robert Long Hospital at Indianapolis. He was a son of Mr. and Mrs. A. C. Cronkhite, who survive at Greencastle. Also surviving are his wife, Donna, and two sons, Dale and Mark. Funeral services are set for 1 p.m. Monday at the Hopkins-Walton Funeral Home in Greencastle, with interment in Forest Hill Cemetery there. Friends may call at the funeral home Saturday evening.

Funeral services were held Monday afternoon, Jan. 28, at the Hopkins-Walton Funeral Home in Greencastle for Harold Cronkhite, age 35, of Greencastle, who died Friday morning, Jan. 25, in Robert Long Hospital at Indianapolis. He had suffered a head injury in a fall at work. Among those from this area who attended the funeral were his two uncles and wives, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Nicklas of Covington, and Mr. and Mrs. Ed Nicklas of Veedersburg Rt. 4; and his aunt and husband, Mr. and Mrs. William Green of Veedersburg. Those calling at the funeral home Sunday were: Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Nicklas, Mr. and Mrs. John C. Linville, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Nicklas, Mr. and Mrs. Ed Nicklas and Vern Nicklas. Mr. Conkhite was a son of A. C. and Martha Nicklas Cronkhite, who formerly resided in this area. Among the survivors are his wife, Donna, and two sons, Dale and Mark. Robert Cronkhite, who formerly taught school here, is a brother.
